Parthenon, Inc. began in 1999 as builder and developer, constructing luxury homes and multi-family homes throughout West Central Florida. Much of the company’s success during the building boom was due to developing solid relationships with lenders and bankers; securing project financing; and intense negotiating for every piece of lumber, brick and track of land. When the real estate bubble burst, Parthenon found its negotiating strengths could serve another, equally important, purpose.

Now it utilizes its skills and contacts to purchase properties from distressed sellers – acting with the utmost integrity and facilitating the process in a way that serves all parties involved.

Arnold Hutchinson

A Licensed Class A General Contractor, Hutchinson’s background includes all facets of civil site construction and project management of multi-million dollar construction projects.
